If you are a registered user

If you are already registered with us, all you need to do is:

Step 2 : Click on the ‘Customer Login’ tab on the top right-hand corner of the page.

Step 3: Log in using your registered mobile number/policy number and date of birth. You can also use your email address to log into the our customer portal.

Step 4: Please fill your details on the login page correctly. Once you do that, you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number and email address – that OTP needs to be entered here.
Step 5: Upon accessing the portal succesfully, you will be redirected to a page which displays all the details regarding your policies (active and inactive, both). Over here, you can avail a host of services like online premium payments, download previous payment receipts, update your personal information, and much more.

Step 6: When you click on ‘View Policy Details’, the page will expand to reflect four tabs providing different information regarding the overall summary of your policy, transaction history, personal information and fund details (in case of a ULIP policy).

Step 7: Under the Transaction tab, you will find your current payment status and the payment records.You can download the receipt for your last payment along with a consolidated receipt for yearly transactions from this page.

Step 8: This portal allows you to view your entire investment portfolio just by logging into your profile. If you have a ULIP policy , you can find the value of the funds allocated along with other necessary details such as current NAV value, miscellaneous ULIP charges, etc. Not to mention, it has never been easier than now to switch between funds, if you feel the need for it.
For customers with a traditional policy, this section would display Bonus/Refund.
