How to create a fillable document in open office

Post by Marcelo3007 » Sat Feb 25, 2017 8:22 am

The technical name for these quizzes or tests is the "Cloze" test; it's not a multiple-choice quiz.

It's the typical Language test where the student is asked to fill in a blank with the correct form of a given verb, for example.

Then I need to distribute this on a .pdf file

Is there a way to make this on OpeOffice?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Re: Writer or Forms? I need to make a "fill-in-the-blanks" q

Hi and welcome to the forum!

You can create a form (in Writer) that you export in PDF. In the text, create placeholders that can be filled in (display the Form toolbar to access such feature). The students will be able to write their answers there and save the PDF completed.

Please add [Solved] at the beginning of the title in your first post (top of the topic) with the edit button if your issue has been fixed.
